The Marketing Director will direct marketing activities, including marketing and communications strategy, advertising, public relations, and community relations, to enhance the value of the San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle regions. This role involves owning and executing marketing plans, developing and coordinating press releases and media strategy, overseeing creative development of leasing materials, managing branding and placemaking art strategy, and partnering with various teams to ensure brand consistency. The position also coordinates public relations outreach, handles media requests, develops communication programs, and oversees promotional events and sponsorships. Additionally, the Marketing Director will respond to community and civic requests, represent BXP in the community, develop and maintain a Crisis Communication Plan, provide leadership to the regional marketing team, and prepare annual financial budgets and forecasts.
