The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering outstanding marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged Card Members across the customer lifecycle. The Marketing Director, Paid Media is responsible for leading the paid media and creative strategy to drive strong acquisition results across the U.S. Consumer portfolio. The role will define how American Express shows up across an evolving paid media landscape by expanding into new formats and channels - including video, audio, and social-first experiences - and developing strategies to influence AI- and LLM-driven consumer discovery. This highly visible role partners across Marketing, Brand, Product, Analytics, and agency teams to drive innovation and business growth.
