About The Position

At ZIWI, we’re redefining pet nutrition on a global scale. As the global leader in air-dried pet nutrition, our mission is to elevate every pet to their peak, every day of their life. We are now seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Marketing Director – North America to lead our next phase of growth across the US and Canada. Reporting to the General Manager NAM, and based in our corporate office in Kansas, USA, this role will lead the strategic direction and execution of all regional marketing initiatives across North America — driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and commercial growth across retail, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. As the senior marketing leader for the region, you’ll partner closely with Global Marketing to bring the ZIWI brand to life in ways that resonate with North American consumers while delivering strong local performance and measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity for a modern marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, performance, digital, and commercial strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ progressive marketing experience, including leadership at Director level
• Strong experience in CPG, food, beverage, pet, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Deep expertise across digital marketing, paid media, eCommerce, Amazon, and DTC
• Proven success launching products and executing integrated campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for pets, wellness, and building meaningful consumer connections

Responsibilities

• Regional brand strategy and market execution across the US and Canada
• Integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, eCommerce, email, and media
• New product launches and go-to-market plans
• Paid media, influencer, affiliate, and DTC performance marketing
• Consumer insights, analytics, and commercial reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams
• Leadership of a high-performing regional marketing team and agency partners
