We’re searching for a Marketing Director to join our Agency Marketing team in a hybrid location (1-2 days per week) from either our Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta or Toronto offices. The Marketing Director is a strategic, revenue-aligned role responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy for our Benefits and Financial Management business units. The ideal candidate partners extensively with business unit leadership — shaping the product narrative, refining the ICP, and building full-funnel marketing programs that drive pipeline quality, demand, and revenue performance.
