The Director, US AWM Marketing, LEAF is responsible for leading all downstream marketing efforts for the LEAF Patient Monitoring system business in the US Wound franchise. LEAF is a highly differentiated technology with a wearable sensor to help detect accurate and timely patient turns to minimize the risk of pressure injuries. This portfolio is focused in the hospital critical care settings, includes EMR integration, IT integration, and cloud-based software solutions. This role will partner closely with other marketing team on Pressure Injury Prevention (PIP) solutions and messaging. The Director will lead a team of downstream product managers and be responsible for developing and executing the annual brand plans and media plans, collaborating across the portfolio with fellow US Directors, and driving above-market growth to reach more patients in line with the company’s growth strategy.
