About The Position

At ALAW, great design doesn't just look good — it moves business forward. As our Marketing Designer, you'll be at the creative center of a fast-moving, multi-brand marketing operation, building the visual assets that tell our story across ALAW, Link Title™, Alita Group™, and InfoEx™. This isn't a one-brand, one-channel role. You'll be designing for a national default servicing law firm with a 33-jurisdiction footprint where the stakes are high, the audience is sophisticated, and the work genuinely matters. You'll collaborate closely with marketing leadership and executive stakeholders to bring campaigns to life across digital and print channels, from social media graphics and email templates to pitch decks, event collateral, and landing pages. You'll be a steward of four distinct brand identities, ensuring every asset is polished, on-brand, and built to perform. You're equally comfortable moving fast on a social post and slowing down to get a client-facing presentation exactly right. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing department or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing across both digital and print mediums.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with web and digital design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and project management platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, brand versatility, and marketing impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including social media visuals, email templates, digital banners, landing pages, and print collateral such as brochures and one-pagers.
  • Deliver polished, production-ready files optimized for the appropriate channel and format.
  • Maintain and evolve visual identity guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and advertising tone, consistently across all marketing channels.
  • Serve as a brand champion, ensuring all creative outputs meet established standards and reinforce brand integrity.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders to concept, design, and execute integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Translate marketing briefs and strategic goals into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Prepare, edit, and update marketing collateral for both digital and print channels.
  • Apply performance data and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine and optimize creative assets.
