The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets to support sales, marketing, and brand execution. This is a design-first, execution-focused role where you will produce materials quickly and consistently across print, digital, and event environments. Responsibilities include designing menus, sales decks, one-pagers, print materials, and digital assets for email and internal use, while maintaining consistent branding. You will also capture and edit photo/video content, assist with lighting and shoot setup, prepare materials for trade shows and marketing events, support on-site execution, and occasionally travel for events and shoots. Project management using tools like Monday.com, working with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining organized files are also key aspects of the role. Success will be measured by high-quality, consistent visual output, fast turnaround on design requests, and strong support for sales and marketing initiatives.
