About The Position

Vivier Pharma is seeking a Creative Marketing Designer for their Vaudreuil-Dorion head office. This role is responsible for shaping and executing creative initiatives, translating strategy into compelling visual concepts, and bringing campaigns to life across digital and print touchpoints. The designer will contribute to creative direction, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling, while driving asset creation and ongoing creative optimization across website, email marketing, social media, and clinic partner channels. The Creative Marketing Designer will act as a brand steward, delivering high-impact creative that reflects a consistent, elevated, and innovative brand voice to support business growth. This role has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of E-Commerce to ensure alignment on digital experience and conversion-driven creative strategies.

Requirements

  • University degree or College diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of previous experience in a similar creative or marketing design role.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and email marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • English language fluency is required for this job.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aesthetics/skin care, beauty or luxury consumer goods industry is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design experience.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute campaign concepts and overall creative direction.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and visual storytelling from concept through execution.
  • Lead the development of photoshoot creative, including mood boards, shot lists, visual references, asset selection, and server organization.
  • Translate multi-channel marketing needs into cohesive photoshoot plans, ensuring all required assets are captured to support social, digital, e-commerce, and print initiatives.
  • Champion brand consistency and elevate creative quality across all creative outputs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines to support cohesive, modern storytelling across channels.
  • Design website assets including homepage banners, landing page graphics, promotional modules, and product feature callouts to support website UX/UI optimization.
  • Develop email marketing creative aligned with lifecycle strategies and campaign objectives.
  • Create high-impact, conversion-focused assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with E-Commerce to shape the visual customer journey across key touchpoints including digital advertising, lifecycle, and social media.
  • Ideate and execute creative for organic and paid social media campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Ensure seamless rollout of creative across platforms through thoughtful adaptation and execution.
  • Ideate, design, and execute print and in-clinic materials that bring brand campaigns to life.
  • Own the development and refinement of collateral to support evolving marketing initiatives and clinic partner needs.
  • Adapt brand campaigns for clinic partner use while maintaining brand standards and visual integrity.
  • Prepare production-ready files, manage revisions, and liaise with vendors as required to ensure high-quality execution.
