About The Position

The Marketing Data Coordinator plays a key role in turning multi-channel marketing data into actionable insights that drive campaign strategy and performance. This role analyzes and interprets data across platforms to identify trends, measure success, and uncover opportunities for growth. You’ll use tools like HubSpot and Google platforms to track, report, and optimize key metrics, while applying SEO and AEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll help refine ongoing campaigns and support the development of new, data-driven initiatives. This role also includes managing and optimizing social media advertising to enhance reach, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with the potential to work a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related progressive experience, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
  • Strong knowledge of marketing software programs with project management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot and Google Platforms
  • Search engine expertise (SEO & AEO)
  • Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze marketing performance across digital platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot).
  • Optimize campaigns and budgets to improve ROAS and conversion outcomes.
  • Manage tracking infrastructure, including GA4 tags and UTM parameters.
  • Develop attribution reporting to understand customer journeys and conversion drivers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, partnering with IS and marketing teams.
  • Monitor email and paid media performance, providing insights to improve engagement and results.
  • Support SEO efforts, landing page tracking, and ongoing marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Managing and optimizing social media advertising to enhance reach, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
