ASI is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst, Customer Experience to join their Marketing team. This role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and reporting data that drives strategic decisions across ASI’s member communications and programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about using insights to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall member experience. Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, this individual will play a critical role in identifying user trends, uncovering friction points, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to support post-sales strategies that increase platform adoption, engagement, and loyalty.
