About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship‑driven Marketing Coordinator to support our current marketer and help manage a growing network of referral sources. Our agency has an established presence in Essex County with a large volume of accounts that require consistent follow‑up, nurturing, and development. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our referral partners receive exceptional service and communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building rapport, and can balance both administrative and outreach responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or community outreach strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable with field-based work and traveling throughout Essex County.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Professional, polished, and reliable with strong follow‑through.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with existing referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, assisted living facilities, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct routine field visits to ensure referral partners feel supported, informed, and valued.
  • Assist the Senior Marketer in managing a high volume of accounts by taking ownership of designated territories or partner groups.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and help expand our presence within Essex County.
  • Track outreach activities, referral trends, and account performance using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Support the intake and onboarding process by communicating referral details to internal teams.
  • Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote agency services.
  • Deliver marketing materials, maintain inventory, and ensure brand consistency across all outreach efforts.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on account activity, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, initiatives, and strategic growth plans.
