About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help with the day-to-day marketing needs of our growing company. We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, and outgoing as meeting with vendors and clients is a vital part of this position.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable using Canva
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software
• Comfortable using social media
• Good computer skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple small projects
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table
• Dependable and willing to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous marketing experience is helpful, but we care more about finding someone who is smart, dependable, creative, bilingual, and comfortable using the tools we use.

Responsibilities

• Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva
• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact
• Help create and schedule social media posts
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts
• Update customer and marketing contact lists
• Help organize photos, videos, and other marketing content
• Assist with flyers, promotions, email newsletters, and company announcements
• Communicate in both English and Spanish when needed
• Help keep our branding and marketing consistent
• Assist with other basic marketing and office projects.
• Attend networking events and visit our clients offices
