About The Position

We’re expanding our in-house marketing team and looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Coordinator who can bring ideas to life across a diverse, multi-brand organization. If you love design, digital media, and building content that actually performs, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be part of a growing, forward-thinking marketing department supporting a unique ecosystem of brands in logistics, driver recruitment, commercial driving education, and cold chain warehousing. Your work will directly shape how our companies communicate, grow, and attract talent.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing tools
  • Ability to create clean, on-brand visual content
  • Comfort with data, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with creative agility
  • High school diploma required
  • 1–2 years of marketing, design, or digital media experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Digital portfolio strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create Multi-Brand Assets: Design and format digital and print materials including social graphics, short-form videos, B2B collateral, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Run Social Media & Content Calendars: Plan, schedule, and publish monthly content across multiple corporate platforms, tailoring messaging for audiences ranging from driver recruitment to B2B warehousing.
  • Capture Photo & Video Content: Produce evergreen UGC-style media and maintain an internal library of brand-ready assets. Occasional travel to our Upstate NY headquarters may be required.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams to support recruitment, logistics, warehousing, and commercial driving education initiatives.
  • Track & Report Performance: Monitor analytics, evaluate campaign results, and provide insights to guide future strategy.
