About The Position

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for collaborating with colleagues within the Marketing team to implement strategies for LCNB National Bank and its lines of business, including Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage and LCNB Wealth. The ideal candidate will possess experience in bank products & services, functional knowledge and experience in marketing or related field, and the ability to work with cross functional teams to advance the marketing efforts of the bank. This position also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively multi-tasking. Ability to monitor and report on the success of the marketing campaigns and project results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of advertising, marketing, PR or related field experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Project Management and/or Public Relations
  • Strong writing skills highly desired for both internal and client-facing communications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Public and Media relations as needed
  • Creation of some marketing and internal communications, including graphic design
  • Engage in and support 3-4 client entertainment events per year; event planning; invitation process
  • Support branch network; materials, local marketing initiatives
  • Marketing/CRA budget coordination
  • Complete marketing department operational requirements
  • Engage and collaborate with third party partners as required
  • Manage projects performed by advertising agency as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Marketing Officer
