About The Position

This role serves as the primary liaison between the practice and target referring dental practices, schools, and community organizations. It also involves managing the practice's social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be congenial, compassionate, creative, proactive, analytical, supportive, organized, self-managed, and sales-minded. This individual will be an out-of-the-box thinker, constantly seeking innovative ways to maximize community impact and attract new patients. They will represent the practice positively, embodying its core values. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present reports relating to KPIs for the organization.
  • Identify referring dentists in each market and designate them to Referral Tiers per guidelines.
  • Create marketing outreach plans for referring dentists, schools, and community organizations.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and execute Dr. to Dr. Lunches and Lunch & Learns.
  • Create and adhere to a delivery calendar for referring dentists, schools, and community organizations, meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Visit with the doctor on every visit.
  • Make contact with target schools at least once every quarter via in-person delivery or mailed package.
  • Attend key membership meetings with community organizations as strategically appropriate.
  • Strategically promote the practice's brand to organizations for partnership opportunities (e.g., social media giveaways).
  • Create efficient travel schedules/routes.
  • Create, procure, assemble, and deliver thoughtful, personal, and experiential gifts for partners.
  • Collaborate with the practice leadership team on relevant clinical and brand-focused marketing materials and messages for deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Doctors, practice leadership, and Orthodontic Partners’ marketing team on feedback from outside organizations to improve processes and services.
  • Prepare presentations for community partners showcasing the practice, orthodontic treatments, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Execute data capture processes and protocols at consumer-facing events for CRM and retargeting campaigns.
  • Send email and text blasts to patients for announcements and one-off promotions as needed, using the practice's CRM tool.
  • Schedule approximately 5 social media posts per week for each channel (Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels) in advance.
  • Develop and execute content strategies unique to the style and audience of each social media channel.
  • Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages in a timely manner using a professional brand voice and handle requests received through these channels.
  • Assist with phone handling, scheduling, and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Update Hubspot after each outreach interaction with partner contact information and follow-up items.
  • Attend regularly scheduled marketing meetings with a prepared agenda.
