About The Position
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Marketing Professional to play a key role in championing marketing collateral and initiatives for Coppell, TX location.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing content creation and project coordination.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign and experience managing RFQ/P responses in the AEC industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, and Canva is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process for marketing collateral, including project management, content development, and document production for RFQ/P responses, qualification proposals, and client pitch presentations.
- Collaborate with practice group leaders and business developers to define messaging strategy, create persuasive content, and support various marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral for awards, speaking engagements, advertising, and our website.
- Coordinate industry events and provide support for field marketing activities like conferences, job fairs and client events.
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional position, partnering with multiple team members across disciplines and contributing to strategic initiatives.
