About The Position

Clive & Ankeny is looking to hire someone for 25-35 hours per week to assist with marketing drop-offs and fundraising development. The ideal candidate will be established in the Greater Des Moines area with strong ties to the local community. They should be bubbly, outgoing, and possess marketing and/or sales experience. This position is crucial for our organization's positive growth. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all local store marketing efforts and will assist store managers and the owner in coordinating initiatives that maximize marketing impact. Utilizing the corporate-approved "Automatic and Everyday Sampling" approach, the goal is to reach 10,000 mouths per quarter. The high quality of our NBC product is a core driver of our brand and business. We anticipate that as the company grows, there will be several marketing coordinators overseeing vertical markets, including fundraising and business-to-business.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for baking and desserts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Established in the Greater Des Moines area with strong ties to the local community.
  • Bubbly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and brand.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase audience interaction.
  • Coordinate events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive foot traffic.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers and newsletters.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
