About The Position
The Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Diversus Health Marketing and Communications Team and ensures all organizational initiatives maintain fidelity to the organization’s branding standards. Responsible for assisting in conversations with all staff and community stakeholders around projects relating to the Diversus Health brand, while ensuring all stakeholders maintain brand integrity. This role also provides primary administrative support for the Marketing and Communications Team, including coordinating meetings, maintaining department records, tracking project status, preparing materials, processing requests, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. Additionally, this role will take ownership in the digital representation of the Diversus Health brand through various platforms and ensure content is optimized for maximum performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years professional experience in marketing, branding or corporate communications
- Possess a strong proactive spirit by acting in anticipation of future problems, needs, or changes
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and digital marketing tactics
- General brand management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, record maintenance, document management, and follow-through on requests
- Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities, track deadlines, maintain accurate information, and support efficient day-to-day departmental operations
- Ability to be a strategic thinker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include oral presentation experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with customer relationship management software, preferred
- Experience in Adobe Suite and Wordpress, preferred
- Assist in initiative planning and execution
- Assist with stakeholder communication strategy, planning, and execution
Responsibilities
- Serves as a brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all aspects of Diversus Health.
- Serves as a primary administrative support function for the Marketing and Communications Team, including coordinating meetings, maintaining department records, tracking project status, preparing materials, processing requests, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
- Ensures all digital marketing content is optimized for optimal search engine and social media performance while maintaining adherence to brand and design standards.
- Partners with the Director, Marketing Communications, and other third-party agencies to execute on overall branding strategy.
- Contributes to annual brand planning process and design.
- In collaboration with Director, Marketing and Communication Strategy sets brand planning calendar, event calendars.
- Coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
- Participates in and assists in the development of digital campaigns, strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round digital brand engagement through partnerships, social media, events, and other marketing media.
- Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in service development as well as marketing initiatives.
- Represents the company as a Brand Ambassador and provides support as needed at various events.
- Provides reporting to Director, Marketing Communications to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing marketing programs.
- Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of Diversus Health.
