About The Position

FINBOA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing programs to help execute our event, demand generation, and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing environments who enjoys coordinating campaigns, webinars, and industry events while building hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and platforms. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will support programs that drive brand awareness, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and pipeline growth for FINBOA’s SaaS solutions serving the financial services industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3 years of marketing experience within a B2B, SaaS, or technology company
  • Experience supporting industry events, webinars, or tradeshow marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and project tools such as Asana
  • Experience with Canva or similar tools for basic marketing visuals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and professional communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to financial services, fintech, or banking audiences is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Event & Webinar Coordination Support logistics and coordination for industry conferences, tradeshows, and user events
  • Assist with planning and promotion of FINBOA’s B2B webinar programs
  • Coordinate vendors and event materials
  • Campaign & Demand Generation Support Assist with execution of email campaigns, event promotions, and partner marketing initiatives
  • Support campaign setup and execution in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Help coordinate campaign assets and landing page updates
  • Social Media & Marketing Content Draft and schedule LinkedIn content aligned with B2B campaign messaging
  • Create supporting visuals using Canva or similar design tools
  • Assist with preparation of sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials
  • Marketing Operations Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, campaign engagement, event attendance, and social metrics
  • Assist with coordination of marketing vendors and external partners
  • Support additional marketing projects as needed
