About The Position

Waterstone Properties Group is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid role. This position involves working from home but also requires the ability to attend meetings and events within Maine. The role is part-time and seasonal.

Requirements

Creative design skills in the Microsoft and Adobe suites.
Email marketing experience.
Marketing research skills.
Event operations experience.
Project management skills.
Reporting research results.
Process improvement knowledge.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions during event days.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within commercial real estate.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Design creative marketing materials in the Microsoft and Adobe creative suites, with specific experience in PowerPoint and Photoshop.
Manage portfolio creative assets (brand packages) and ensure consistency through marketing materials.
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, preparing creative deliverables, strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
Support PR, communications, and social media efforts for portfolio announcements.
Provide on-site event and/or leasing meeting support, as needed.
Prepare leasing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing leasing data.
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, and placing orders.
