About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Coordinator who's ready to make an impact early in their career. This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our go-to-market engine running—monitoring, maintaining, and improving the automations, campaigns, and workflows powering our marketing and sales across three global brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to experiment, learn fast, and grow a wide range of skillsets. You'll be expected to leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution, scale smarter, and operate at the forefront of marketing innovation. Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing roles, or in consulting/tech with a strong desire to grow in marketing.
  • A get-shit-done attitude—willing to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and do the work that drives results.
  • Analytical curiosity—comfortable digging into data, spotting trends, and learning how to optimize campaigns and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail—you notice when something's off and you don't let it slide.
  • Excitement to experiment with AI tools to work faster, smarter, and at scale.
  • Collaborative teammate with a growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and not afraid to test new ideas.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Keep our marketing programs running smoothly across channels
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize the critical workflows and automations connecting our marketing and sales teams
  • QA work to help maintain the quality of our data, lists, and reporting
  • Support campaigns, content, and lifecycle programs end-to-end from kickoff through measurement
  • Contribute to GTM positioning, messaging, and competitor analysis
  • Surface opportunities to improve how we work — faster, smarter, more scalable
