About The Position

Help Build Something Extraordinary At Trillion Health & Hormone, we're growing quickly, opening new markets, launching new services, and constantly looking for better ways to connect with women seeking exceptional healthcare. That means our marketing team has to be agile, creative, and willing to pivot when the business demands it. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys bringing ideas to life, executing campaigns, and solving problems, but who also understands that in a growing company, priorities change. Sometimes quickly. If you're someone who can hear, "We're going in a different direction," and immediately think, "Great, how do we make this one even better?" you'll fit right in. No two weeks will look exactly alike, and that's part of what makes this role exciting.

Requirements

Marketing, Communications, Business, or related experience (degree preferred but not required)
Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, or events
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning new technology and marketing platforms

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns from concept through launch
Creating engaging content for social media, email, websites, and digital advertising
Organizing photos, videos, and other creative assets
Coordinating projects across multiple clinics and departments
Supporting community events, promotions, and new clinic launches
Managing marketing calendars, timelines, and project deadlines
Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
Helping ensure every patient interaction reflects our brand and mission
