About The Position

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm established in 1900, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This role supports planning, design, and construction services across various sectors including architecture, aviation, food/beverage processing, federal, transportation, and water infrastructure. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in proposal development, marketing content creation, and client research.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or public relations or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • If no degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven organization, problem solving, and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in architectural/engineering or another technical service industry
  • Writing and editing documents with technical content.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience working with team members in multiple locations.
  • Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements
  • Review proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, etc.
  • Development of marketing content/materials in collaboration with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, etc.)
  • Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts
  • Conducting client research
  • Attending tradeshows and conferences including event coordination
  • Assisting with annual marketing planning efforts
  • Perform CRM database updates including data management and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned.
