About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling. We help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into spaces that are safer, more functional, and built to last. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Marketing while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders with reliable follow-through
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and learning new marketing, CRM, reporting, and project-management tools
• Collaborative, process-oriented, and able to identify questions or inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately

Nice To Haves

• Related degree or internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Marketing projects, timelines, and follow-up
• Maintain reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
• Support creative requests, signage, collateral, and promotions
• Assist with vendor communication and campaign updates
• Help gather data and support reporting and lead tracking
• Support referral, PR, and community initiatives
