We are Givaudan. Human by nature. Job Purpose Support the Marketing team on client projects, fragrance programs, and internal initiatives. Track and analyze competitive activity, coordinate fragrance samples, and help craft and present inspiring fragrance storytelling materials. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring fragrance concepts are trend-aware, strategically positioned, and beautifully brought to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, fragrance, beauty or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry & market trends. Brand & product savvy.
  • Exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Expert in existing and emerging social media platforms and digital initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Monitor fragrance and beauty industry launches and trends globally; maintain relevant internal databases to provide updates to creative teams
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to gather and share market insights
  • Provide support across marketing, sales, evaluation, and perfumery by combining and disseminating relevant competitive intelligence and consumer movements
  • Purchase and organize all approved new product launches for internal review and evaluation.
  • Create and communicate product, trend and culture-driven newsletters for the US market
  • Support the marketing team with client presentations including research, concept development, market information, brainstorming, and final execution – including room setup and breakdown.
  • Partner with teams, including graphics, insights, sales, perfumers, and evaluators to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including department invoices, procurement.
