As a Marketing Coordinator in our Dallas, Texas office, you will work with the Marketing Team, Business Development, and the Estimating Department on business development tasks with a strong emphasis on providing marketing support services. Requirements

• Computer software proficiency
• Knowledge, skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Ability to merge content between Adobe and Microsoft software programs
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience, primarily Salesforce
• Strong computer software skills with emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
• WordPress proficiency
• Mindfulness with layout, color, lighting, scale, proportion, etc.
• Collaborator who works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
• Positive can-do attitude with a desire to strive in a dynamic/constantly changing working environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field is preferred
• Experience in marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support services
• Work with the Marketing Team, Business Development, and the Estimating Department on business development tasks
• Regularly interface with Pavilion clients
• Support project managers
