Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Active familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polish, professional work.
  • Good written communication skills and the ability to write in a consistent brand voice.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-pace environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in basic graphic design, ability to use Canva or working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day posting across The Arc Ontario's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as assigned.
  • Design flyers, promotional materials, website graphics, and other print and digital collateral for agency programs, services, and social enterprises.
  • Assist with the marketing and logistics of agency fundraising and community events as needed.
  • Support content gathering efforts by connecting with program staff and social enterprise teams. Includes capturing photos and videos, as needed.
