About The Position

This hands-on role is suited to someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn and gain experience across a range of marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator helps keep projects organized and moving by maintaining project trackers and calendars, coordinating events and marketing materials, communicating with vendors, organizing files and assets, and supporting the team's day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate is dependable and proactive, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role is part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week, and is performed in a remote environment. Success within the first six months means reliably maintaining project trackers and calendars, organizing marketing files and resources, coordinating routine event and vendor logistics, following up on outstanding items, and independently handling recurring administrative marketing tasks.
