We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support operational excellence for 2 functions within the Marketing Org at Etsy - (1) Product & Retention Marketing and (2) Brand Marketing. You will support critical business and organizational operations, enabling teams to operate efficiently to achieve their strategic goals. The position offers regular exposure to CMO leadership, providing broad awareness of strategy and execution across the full marketing portfolio and a unique opportunity to learn how marketing operates end to end at scale. As such, this role is well positioned for future growth within the Marketing organization over time. Ideally you are someone who loves to learn, enthusiastic about marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment! You are familiar with marketing functions, highly motivated, analytical with strong operational judgement and efficiency, a strategic perspective, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Product & Retention Marketing. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office.
