About The Position

As a key member of AGI’s marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving measurable results across digital, content, and event marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' progressive experience in a B2B marketing organization preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches
  • Comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth organizations.
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Familiarity with CRMs tools, lead gen management

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work in English as well as Portuguese (written and spoken fluency) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools in collaboration with the manager and the design team.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actional insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, messaging and promotional plans.
