Marketing Coordinator
About The Position
Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking a highly organized, ministry-minded Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about life transformation and thrives in a healthy, mission-driven culture. We provide Christ-centered residential recovery programs for women and women with children. Each year, we host several major events — including our annual gala that draws over 600 attendees — to raise awareness, build community support, and share the powerful stories of what God is doing through this ministry. This role is a strategic and relational position that combines event coordination, marketing, and communications to amplify the impact of our life-changing work.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills (used daily)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A ministry-minded, mission-driven heart — this is more than a job

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and successfully execute major events throughout the year, including the annual gala
- Support marketing and communications efforts for programs, events, fundraising, and outreach
- Manage multiple projects with strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Collaborate closely with leadership and staff in a team-oriented environment
