About The Position

Novellia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their innovative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, scientific communications, and improving how the industry communicates complex information. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Head of Marketing to execute strategies across various channels, including events, social media, and sales collateral. The company is focused on patient equity and revolutionizing healthcare data access and utilization. Novellia is a fast-growing, well-funded company backed by prominent investors, aiming to transform real-world data insights for biopharma innovation.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in scientific communications, journalism, marketing, or communications within the life sciences, healthcare, or health data sectors (agency or in-house experience accepted).
  • Proven project management skills; deeply organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and build personal systems for efficiency.
  • Scientific fluency: comfortable with clinical research, real-world evidence, or health data concepts. Prior experience working alongside scientists or clinicians is sufficient; a science degree is not required.
  • Creative curiosity: ability to identify compelling content, contribute creative thoughts, and write clear, impactful copy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and compressed timelines without drama.
  • Low ego, high output mentality; takes the work seriously but not oneself too seriously.
  • Comfort or willingness to quickly learn tools such as Notion, Slack, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of marketing tasks from brief to completion, including coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, managing review cycles, and securing approvals.
  • Support content production across multiple channels: events (logistics, run-of-show, vendor coordination), social media (scheduling, community monitoring, asset coordination), and sales enablement (one-pagers, decks, collateral updates).
  • Translate complex scientific information, such as study abstracts and real-world evidence concepts, into clear and accessible language for a broader audience.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, conduct status checks, and proactively identify and flag potential blockers.
  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and execution.
  • Grow into expanded responsibilities such as budget management, vendor relationships, creative execution, and campaign ownership.
