About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports National Tank & Equipment’s (NTE) marketing and communications efforts by executing initiatives that strengthen the brand, drive revenue, and enhance customer and internal engagement. This role collaborates with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, coordination, editing, and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Help develop customer success stories, project highlights, and other content that supports sales and business development efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with National Tank & Equipment and Atlas Copco brand standards.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries, promotional inventory, and approved branding resources.
  • Support the execution of NTE's marketing strategy across digital, print, email, social media, and event channels.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms by scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and supporting content creation.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content development, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance and engagement.
  • Coordinate the creation and ordering of promotional products, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with events, company meetings, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from branches and internal departments to support business objectives.
  • Support internal communication initiatives by creating and distributing company announcements, newsletters, employee communications, and company updates.
  • Support content and communication efforts that strengthen customer engagement, sales support, and business development.
  • Assist with customer surveys, market research projects, and competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance and engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Director.
