K1 is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and play a central role in coordinating the firm's external brand strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this person will touch nearly every dimension of what we do – producing design-forward digital publications and microsites, supporting one of the most active event programs in private equity, developing portfolio company case studies, and creating polished, on-brand creative assets for an audience of founders, executives, and investors. This is not a role where you wait for direction. You'll own initiatives end-to-end, work across the full marketing function, and bring a high standard to everything you produce – written, visual, and strategic. The right candidate leads with a strong design and web sensibility, can hold their own editorially, and is as comfortable building a page in WordPress as they are crafting the narrative that lives on it.
