Suncoast Property Management, located in Jacksonville, FL, manages more than 2,000 investor-owned rental units and homes across Florida and in the Atlanta, GA metro area. Requirements

One or more years of experience in marketing/advertising or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs
Extremely comfortable with use of technology including computers, the internet and electronic files
Willing and able to learn new software and technological tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor
Able to manage time effectively and prioritize appropriately.

Responsibilities

Ensure all properties that meet "ok to show" criteria are marketed in advance
Utilize all marketing platforms - email, social media, and focused sales/leasing event campaigns
Create marketing flyers for print and digital use
Visit properties to obtain pictures for use in marketing efforts
Analyze leads to contact possible renters for units on the market
Use lead data to review marketing efforts for effectiveness
Work with property management to ensure signage and lockboxes are on units
