About The Position

Fields Motorcars Bellevue is seeking an experienced, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing initiatives for four ultra-luxury automotive brands. This role is responsible for overseeing all brand-level marketing strategies, budgeting, and execution while working closely with Brand Managers, dealership leadership, and manufacturer partners. This opportunity is a hands-on, in-store role supporting a highly curated, high-net-worth client base. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or brand management
• Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional presence appropriate for an ultra-luxury retail environment

• Experience working with luxury brands or premium clientele strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing function for four ultra-luxury automotive brands
• Design, submit, track, and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets
• Plan, coordinate, and execute bespoke marketing events and client experiences
• Develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to a high-net-worth clientele
• Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to align campaigns with sales objectives
• Coordinate with manufacturer partners to meet brand standards and commitments
• Oversee campaign execution across digital, print, social, and in-store channels
• Manage vendors, agencies, and event partners as needed
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and reporting deliverables
