About The Position

Outdoor Sportsman Group (KSE Media) is looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, content-rich environment and can help orchestrate campaigns across linear TV, FAST (Free Ad-Supported TV) channels, paid digital, and YouTube. You’ll support campaign planning, asset trafficking, channel programming calendars, and performance reporting—partnering closely with Creative, Ad Ops, Programming, Social, Sales, and external vendors. Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in field or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing coordination or related areas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of YouTube Studio.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with paid media fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Basic editing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CTV/OTT/FAST environments
  • Exposure to GA4 or BI dashboards.
  • Knowledge of outdoor enthusiast audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in building, scheduling and deploying e-newsletters across OSG brands.
  • Coordinates creative and copy needs for newsletter, display and social media.
  • Ensures proper tagging, tracking, URLs and UTM parameters.
  • Traffics display ads and verifies impression, click-through tracking and pacing.
  • Coordinates social asset requests and maintains social content calendars.
  • Supports analytics pulling for newsletters, display and social performance.
  • Coordinates monthly promotional planning and execution for FAST channels.
  • Supports CTV/OTT media buys tied to FAST distribution, including trafficking and QA.
  • Maintains and updates platform‑specific creative spec sheets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Fills and maintains daily linear promo logs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manages promo commissioning, including requesting, tracking, and routing deliverables for linear air.
  • Coordinates promo placement with Programming and On‑Air teams to ensure alignment with scheduling priorities.
  • Supports YouTube publishing workflow including metadata and SEO.
  • Maintains weekly content calendar and align premieres.
  • Pulls weekly analytics and highlight actions.
  • Opens and tracks creative requests.
  • Creates short-form edits for organic/paid placements.
