Requirements

  • 1+ years of A/E/C marketing experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop) a must
  • Self-directed, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision in deadline-sensitive environment
  • Understanding of architectural engineering and construction industry
  • Creative with a thorough understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and clients.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, inter-personal skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Ideal candidate thrives in areas of initiative, quality of work, and client focus

Nice To Haves

  • college degree is preferred
  • Salesforce CRM or comparable preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, prepare, and submit responses for Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q)
  • Maintain proposal data, CRM info and leads in Salesforce CRM.
  • Create and edit resumes, project descriptions, and firm data are developed and maintained
  • Prepare general firm info like questionnaires.
  • Obtain project images and rights to use; renderings, drawings, and photography; Work with Open Asset.
  • Prepare award submittmits for competitions.
  • Assist with daily function of the marketing group, ensuring efficient workflow, and communications.
  • Participate in business dept strategic planning meetings, representing marketing initiatives to management
  • Create presentations and interview marketing materials,
  • Other duties as assigned by Marketing Management.
  • Work on special projects (Magazine, Intranet and Social!)
