About The Position

NAI Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the marketing efforts for our commercial real estate brokerage and property management divisions. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives including listing materials, signage, digital content, and company branding. You’ll collaborate closely with our agents, property managers, and leadership team to ensure our properties and services are professionally and effectively promoted across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Buildout (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for optimizing content and marketing workflows, such as AI-driven design or analytics platforms (preferred but not required).
  • Photography, video editing, and drone operation skills are a plus (or interest in learning).
  • Experience creating and sending quarterly newsletters is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create property marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, tour books, and specialty collateral using Buildout, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Act as brand manager, ensuring consistent communication and adherence to NAI Global brand standards across all materials.
  • Produce and distribute quarterly market updates and email campaigns via Buildout/Constant Contact.
  • Manage and update the company website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Capture property photos and videos (drone experience a plus).
  • Coordinate headshots and professional photo shoots for agents.
  • Coordinate the ordering and logistics of signage, marketing materials, and business cards with vendors.
  • Oversee Sign Delivery Professional and coordinate signage placement for new listings.
  • Meet with agents quarterly or as needed to discuss and support their personal marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with the NAI Global network of marketing professionals to share ideas and resources.
  • Support the property management team with marketing needs.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement, reach, lead sources).
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.
