About the Role As a Marketing Coordinator for Visionary Homes, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to our organization's growth and success. This is an onsite position based at our Pleasant Grove, Utah Office.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must be dedicated, driven, and collaborative with a disciplined focus
  • Excellent skills in multitasking
  • Effective organizational techniques
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
  • Experience in writing for websites, flyers, ads, and social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship abilities
  • A willingness to bring creativity, enthusiasm, curiosity, helpfulness, and a passion for both marketing and branding
  • Availability if we have a weekend or after-hours event
  • Valid driver�s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the real estate/construction/residential building industry is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to drive leads and sales.
  • Coordinate all aspects of campaign logistics, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support your regional sales agents with marketing materials
  • Coordinate and support the development and execution of marketing assets for communities within your region
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including copywriting, graphic design coordination, and content development.
  • Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective materials.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal team members and external partners on social media, email marketing, website content updates, and other digital campaigns designed to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure marketing content and campaigns align with brand standards, business objectives, and community marketing strategies.
  • Help track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights that support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Assist in maintaining marketing databases, managing contact lists, and tracking expenses.
  • Generate reports to measure marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
