About The Position

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Coordinator at Running Warehouse, an e-commerce company specializing in sports and recreational products. The position requires physically reporting to work in Alpharetta, GA. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily marketing initiatives, supporting the development and execution of global marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams (Buying, Marketing, Graphics, Programming) and external partners. The goal is to create meaningful connections with the running community and ensure seamless execution and alignment across all marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and development of strategies for increasing engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate and run monthly marketing meetings.
  • Maintain the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate on brand marketing initiatives.
  • Gather vendor assets and distribute to necessary departments.
  • Help facilitate marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage calendar, identify key products and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Format projects into project management software.
  • Maintain project progress by following up on tasks and communicating with graphics and programming.
