About The Position

Mancini is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a passion for design and strategy. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with Partners, studio leaders, consultants, and the marketing team, utilizing strong writing, organizational, and visual communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deadlines, and possesses an eye for layout and graphic design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Experience preferably within the AEC industry
• Strong writing skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Comfortable managing proposals from start to finish
• Ability to communicate across teams
• Ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Managing the full RFP/RFQ process from kickoff through submission
• Coordinating proposal content, resumes, project sheets, and consultant materials
• Designing and producing presentations, portfolios, and qualifications packages
• Collaborating with the graphic design team to create visually compelling marketing materials
• Producing creative award submissions for projects and staff
• Assisting with the maintenance of project information, consultant contacts, and marketing databases
• Supporting firmwide marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business development pursuits
• Working closely with Partners, studio teams, and consultants to gather and organize information efficiently
