About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator is an organizational powerhouse who manages deadlines, coordinates events, and provides operational and administrative support across the marketing function. This position contributes to a broad range of existing programs and campaigns while assisting in the development of new initiatives. As a key role within marketing, the coordinator is embedded within digital operations, event management, technical documentation, sales enablement, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of directly related experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with simultaneous projects and tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio to illustrate a core creative skill—writing or design preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Candidate must also pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with peers across the marketing organization and lines of business to implement projects, events, and campaigns on time, on budget, and in line with the PROENERGY brand. The position supports or directly executes strategies across digital, print, and event platforms.
  • Reconcile campaign budgets, communicate and track project timelines, maintain promotional inventory, and manage internal project trackers. The position is an organized multitasker that contributes to a brand range of projects simultaneously and with tight deadlines.
  • Support the marketing team in evolving marketing strategy. The position leverages a core creative skill—writing or design preferred—to contribute to the expansion and excellence of the PROENERGY brand.
  • Measure program and campaign effectiveness via survey metrics, internal feedback, and digital performance across social media, web, and key digital platforms. The position also supports market intelligence efforts and briefs with the VP marketing.
