About The Position

RunSybil is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of their marketing efforts. This role involves ensuring campaigns run smoothly, content is published, data is accurate, and no tasks are missed. The coordinator will report to the Technical Marketing Manager and gain insight into how a security company operates. The position offers mentorship and growing responsibilities, with the expectation that the individual will take initiative to identify and fix process issues. This is a hands-on role with broad scope, ideal for someone seeking ownership early in their career and a front-row view of building a go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or campaign support role.
  • Exceptional organization skills: ability to track deadlines without prompting, notice discrepancies, and prevent tasks from being missed.
  • Detail-oriented with a habit of self-QA before submitting work.
  • A builder's instinct: curiosity about how processes work, ability to identify improvements, and initiative to act on them.
  • Comfort working across a wide range of tasks without losing focus on priorities.
  • Startup sensibility: ability to move fast, treat company resources responsibly, and take initiative without constant direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRMs like Reevo or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with social media managers like Buffer.

Responsibilities

  • Own campaign and email builds from start to finish, including emails, forms, workflows, and quality assurance before launch.
  • Manage content publishing and scheduling across LinkedIn, the website, and email, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely release of approved assets.
  • Oversee webinar and event logistics, including setting up registration, coordinating speakers, and managing post-event follow-up sequences.
  • Maintain CRM and lists by pulling audience segments, importing lists, managing suppressions, and ensuring data hygiene.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy by verifying UTM tagging, validating dashboards, and maintaining trustworthy campaign data.
  • Maintain sales enablement materials by identifying and flagging outdated decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks.
  • Handle light design work, such as updating decks and formatting materials for consistency.
  • Proactively identify and propose solutions for process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Undertake one substantive project every one to two months in an area of desired development, such as rebuilding a workflow, designing a webinar series, or mapping the content library.
