About The Position

AppWell is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business, Health Promotion, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design software and content creation tools, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business, Health Promotion, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and content creation tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations.
• Experience working in healthcare, higher education, nonprofit organizations, workforce development, or community outreach settings.
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing marketing data.
• Knowledge of website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with photography, videography, and multimedia content development.
• Familiarity with the healthcare, education, and community landscapes of Western North Carolina and the Appalachian region.
