Marketing Coordinator

Empower Mental HealthPhoenix, AZ

About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on marketing execution role responsible for turning strategy into action. This is not a project management position or a vendor coordination role. You’ll be building campaigns, creating assets, updating websites, supporting events, managing CRM communications, and ensuring every marketing initiative is executed with speed and precision. Because Empower operates with an in-house marketing model, this role is expected to be both creative and technical. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves, learning new platforms, solving problems independently, and delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight. This role offers a clear growth path into Marketing Manager based on performance and business growth.
