Since our inception in Valdosta, GA in 1975, Ace has been performing quality electrical installations in a full range of markets including: commercial, mission critical, education, healthcare, institutional, industrial, correctional facilities, hospitality, military bases, retail and others. In the past 15 years, locations have been added in Macon, GA, Atlanta, GA, Jackson, TN, Statesboro, GA, Sanford, NC and Plain City, OH. Ace offers fabrication services, hard bid, design-build, negotiated contracts and fee-based work. We have the resources, professional staff and project management team to handle almost any type of electrical project. Our history of safety and quality has been established through years of successful projects and satisfied customers. Ace Electric is growing bigger in business each year and has no signs of slowing down!

Requirements

• License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.
• High School Graduate/GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business, customer, or employee related information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Basic understanding of social media, marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to work well with multiple departments and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe tools, or similar platforms preferred.
• Construction, electrical, or trade industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily marketing department operations, administrative tasks, and project coordination to support departmental goals and timelines.
• Support social media planning, content development, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement across applicable platforms.
• Assist in the development of flyers, presentations, internal announcements, email communications, recruiting materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency with Ace Electric’s brand standards, including messaging, colors, logos, templates, and overall visual identity.
• Support photography, video coordination, employee spotlights, project highlights, jobsite content, and other visual storytelling initiatives.
• Organize and maintain marketing files, photographs, templates, forms, project assets, and related departmental resources.
• Support recruiting campaigns by assisting with job advertisements, social media content, graphics, event materials, and promotional communications.
• Assist with company events, career fairs, employee engagement initiatives, internal campaigns, and related marketing support activities.
• Track marketing tasks, deadlines, campaign results, project updates, and other key deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Safety, Operations, Leadership, and other departments to support marketing and communication needs.
• Assist with website updates, blog content, and basic digital marketing activities as needed.
• Assist with preparing presentations and reports for meetings or leadership updates.
• Assist with Prequalification as needed.
