About The Position

Marketing Coordinator Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing activities across campaigns, content, and administrative functions. This role helps ensure projects move forward smoothly and that marketing initiatives are executed with accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • Some experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and projects
  • Support content creation for digital channels, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Track and organize marketing assets, reports, and documentation
  • Conduct basic research to support marketing initiatives and competitive insights
  • Contribute to event coordination, social media activities, and general team operations as needed
