About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital, print, ecommerce, and event-related marketing initiatives across UZIN UTZ North America and its portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creative execution with operational discipline. You bring structure to projects, maintain strong follow-up habits, and ensure that brand standards, timelines, and budgets are consistently met. You will play a key supporting role in maintaining brand consistency across websites, ecommerce platforms, social channels, internal communications, and trade events—while helping the Marketing team operate efficiently and strategically. This is a highly collaborative position that works closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and external vendors. Your work will directly impact brand presentation, digital performance, ecommerce accuracy, event execution, and budget tracking. The Marketing Coordinator provides essential operational and creative support to the Marketing Department. This role helps ensure brand consistency, website accuracy, ecommerce alignment, event readiness, and disciplined budget management. The position supports website and Shopify portal oversight, marketing collateral development, trade show coordination, digital analytics tracking, and ongoing administrative functions to keep initiatives organized and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or content support (B2B or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Experience managing websites, ecommerce platforms, and digital tools
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams
  • Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, and print/digital service providers
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively support marketing initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to adapt messaging for various channels
  • Understanding of brand positioning and CI standards
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable using project management tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Associates, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or DMI are a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred
  • Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Website Oversight & Brand Consistency Support management of U.S. websites across UZIN UTZ and brand portfolios to ensure alignment with corporate identity standards
  • Assist with biannual website reviews and content updates
  • Maintain downloadable materials using PIM/DAM systems
  • Coordinate updates with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support ongoing maintenance of the intranet site (Quako), including internal announcements and content updates
  • Web Portal & Inventory Coordination Assist in managing the Shopify web portal across all product brands
  • Review product listings for accuracy in pricing, imagery, descriptions, and CI compliance
  • Monitor inventory levels and update SKU availability
  • Prepare purchase order requests for replenishment (management approval required)
  • Coordinate restocking and product data updates with vendors and internal teams
  • Marketing Collateral & Advertising Support Assist in developing flyers, promotional graphics, POS materials, and campaign assets
  • Maintain media calendars for product launches and campaigns
  • Ensure all materials comply with corporate identity guidelines
  • Event & Trade Show Support Support preparation for trade shows, regional events, and corporate functions
  • Coordinate logistics, shipments, vendor communications, and branded materials
  • Assist in booth graphics and presentation materials
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting Collect KPI data from Google Analytics, social platforms, and campaign dashboards
  • Assist in preparing quarterly performance reports
  • Identify trends to support campaign optimization
  • Project Coordination, Budget Tracking & Administrative Support Maintain organized project timelines and documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination and internal communications
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and marketing expenses
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews with the Director of Marketing
  • Monitor year-to-date spend and identify variances early
  • Support month-end reporting and financial visibility across marketing initiatives
