Job Overview The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the team by researching market trends, compiling reports, assisting with marketing campaigns and events, as well as supplementing in other areas the team needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Creates project work plans, schedules, task lists, and team assignments.
  • Coordinates with multiple departments to monitor and report on project statuses, ensuring all aspects of each project are tracked through completion.
  • Coordinate trade shows and exhibits in planning, execution, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans as needed.
  • Help prepare for involvement in community organizations and events.
  • Ensure market positioning and approved key messages are adhered to.
  • Assist with marketing reports, market share SBM v. competition, success/failure data, and customer direction and trends, including Facilities Maintenance growth opportunities.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Track, benchmark, and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adapt to the changing needs of the department, develop new skills, and assist with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
